When the client handed over their account in late March 2025, their socials had been inactive since December 2024. I developed a tailored content strategy to revive their online presence, focusing on consistent, on-brand content. In addition, I aligned the content plan with the client’s goal to clear existing inventory in preparation for their upcoming skincare collection.

To reactivate Skin & Soul’s socials after months of inactivity, I conducted a brand audit and developed a content strategy focused on rebuilding presence and engagement. I aligned visuals and captions with the brand’s clean, confident aesthetic, while also supporting the client’s goal of clearing existing inventory through targeted product features.

To help the audience understand their skin better, I created educational carousels that broke down skincare concepts and product benefits in a clear, approachable way. Each slide was thoughtfully designed to match Skin & Soul’s clean, professional aesthetic while positioning the brand as a trusted skincare resource.
